Admissions

Your investment begins here.

Step 1: Contact Us to Schedule a Free Consultation

We will get to know each other a little bit to determine if C.L.A.S.S. is a good fit for the enrichment needs of your child, as well as your homeschool support needs as a parent. This is also a great time to ask whatever questions you have and get to know our Director.

The Guiding Principles will be reviewed during this time, as application is discouraged if parents are not in full agreement.

Step 2: Invitation to Apply

Submit your application and pay the enrollment fee. This fee is non-refundable. C.L.A.S.S. does not discriminate based on race, creed, color, national origin, sex, honorably discharged veteran or military status, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, or ability of the children or their parents.

Parent/Guardian acceptance of the Guiding Principles for C.L.A.S.S. Homeschool Enrichment are required. Christian Liberty Academic Social Supports, LLC seeks to meet the needs of homeschool parents, but recognizes that not all families have the same beliefs and may not be comfortable having their children as participants of this enrichment program.

C.L.A.S.S. provides onsite academic and social enrichment to kids for whom adequate services and accommodations can be made, seeking to ensure both individual and whole-group educational and behavioral needs are considered.

Step 3: Acceptance, Assessment & Placement

Upon acceptance, you will be contacted by our Director to offer you a space in one of our class groups, based on the age of your child. Any deviation from being placed by chronological age requires the approval of the Director, based on special circumstances and individual needs of the child. It is also possible that you will be added to our waiting list, at this time. Part of this process is getting to know your child and doing some placement assessments, to ensure your child is enrolled in the class that best suits his/her academic and social needs.

Step 4: Financial Arrangements

We use FACTS Tuition Management for school-year fees and payments. Parents create their own account and make payment arrangements with FACTS, which offers multiple payment options and installment arrangements. All financial arrangements must be agreed upon before admission is considered final. All accounts must be kept current and there are no refunds for missed classes. C.L.A.S.S. reserves the right to disenroll students for non-payment. Space is limited. Please do not lose your child’s space due to non-payment. Tuition can be paid in full, semi-annually, in three payments, or monthly. All tuition is non-refundable.

(See our Financial Policies page)

Step 5: Welcome to the C.L.A.S.S. Family!

Congratulations! We look forward to empowering you as a homeschool parent and working to enrich your child’s academic and social competency. We are honored you have chosen us to partner with you in the education of God’s most precious gift, our children.

Parent Agreement

Though not required to be Christians, the parents/guardians of students enrolled in C.L.A.S.S. Homeschool Enrichment should have a basic understanding of biblical philosophy and the conservative values reflected in our Guiding Principles. This understanding includes a willingness to have their child exposed to academic content from a Biblical worldview, as well as hearing Bible stories and experiencing prayer.

Parents should be willing to cooperate with the written policies of C.L.A.S.S. Homeschool Enrichment and engage in active communication with the respective teacher(s) and administration.
